Ayde is an experienced executive chef with twelve years of professional experience. She graduated from the Academia de Arte Culinaria Internacional in Cabo San Lucas and specializes in creating a wide range of cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, Spanish, and vegetarian dishes.
In addition to her savory creations, Ayde is also an accomplished pastry and dessert chef, preparing beautiful and delicious offerings for our guests. Whenever possible, she sources fresh ingredients locally, depending on seasonal availability.
